Vista Germantown requires a $50 application fee per applicant, a $200 administrative fee and a $250 refundable security deposit to apply. If applicant decides not to move, all monies become non-refundable after 72 hours.

The are so many things here that make this a great place. The dog park is wonderful and rooftop, The gym is very nice and even includes classes free to residents. The pool is spacious and well thought out. The location is exceptional. Being able to walk to many local businesses is wonderful.
