We have been living here for about 8 months. We love it and it just gets better each month. The amenities are awesome and Vista is constantly adding up new things, such as the newest dog washing station! Also, the residents and staff are very friendly!

Vista is the first place I lived in Nashville and was the perfect place for moving to the city. Simply can't beat the location and the staff is fantastic to work with. The pool in the summer time is the best!

My husband and I love Vista Germantown! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The community is wonderful and the apartment we chose is perfect! Newly renovated and updated! Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques in walkable distance!

The are so many things here that make this a great place. The dog park is wonderful and rooftop, The gym is very nice and even includes classes free to residents. The pool is spacious and well thought out. The location is exceptional. Being able to walk to many local businesses is wonderful.
