Pet Policy

We love our furry friends at Vista Germantown!

Now Open is our brand new "woof-top", leash-free pet park as well as a fully equipped pet lounge! These amazing amenities come equipped with brand new agility equipment, washing station and treadmill designed specifically with your pet in mind!

We allow 2 pets per household with an 80 pound weight limit, Our Pet Fee is $20 per pet per month. We have a nonrefundable One-Time Fee of $375 for one pet and $500 for two pets Some breed restrictions apply.
